Guarantee
If by fault of the driver your booking is not fulfilled you are entitled to an adequate refund in accordance to our conditions.

Payments
You can pay in Czech crowns, US dollars, British pounds and Euros. If you book a retum transfer you can pay our driver the full amount for both trips - from and to the airport. The driver will give you a receipt of your payment. If you decide to pay by bankcard, please make sure that we accept that particular card.

Changes
Uf you decide to make any changes, please inform us free of charge via telephone, SMS or e-mail.

Cancelations
You can cancell your reservation free of charge. In that case we would appreciate at least 4 hours notice.

Tipping
Tips are not included in the price.
